Questions

What's included with a subscription?
Everything in a regular box — pre-portioned ingredients, blended sauce pouches, and recipe cards — plus free pre-marinated proteins on every delivery. You choose your box size and recipes each cycle.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, anytime. Email us at hello@tsteslikehome.com and we'll pause or cancel your subscription with no questions asked. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I change my recipes?
Yes — email us before your next delivery and we'll update your recipe selection. We're working on a self-serve account page so you can do this yourself soon.
When will I be charged?
Your card is charged when you place your first order, then automatically on the same day each week or fortnight.
Is the price the same as a one-off order?
Yes — the box price is identical to a one-off order. The subscriber benefit is the free pre-marination (normally +£5), rewards points, seasonal discounts, and a free box every 10 orders.
How do rewards points work?
You earn points on every subscription order. We'll be in touch with how to redeem them — we're building the full rewards system now and subscribers will be the first to benefit.
How does the free box work?
After every 9 completed subscription orders, your 10th box is free. We track this automatically — no codes needed. You'll receive an email when your free box is due.
What are seasonal discounts?
Throughout the year we run special offers — new recipe launches, holiday specials, cultural celebrations. Subscribers get early access and exclusive pricing before anyone else.
