This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that Tstes Like Home Ltd has taken to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chains.

2. Our Organisation

Tstes Like Home Ltd is a meal kit company based in the United Kingdom, specialising in authentic Afro-Caribbean cuisine. We source pre-portioned, pre-seasoned ingredients and deliver them directly to customers' homes.

We currently operate with 2 employees. Given our size, we have direct oversight of our operations and maintain close relationships with our suppliers.

3. Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains include:

• Food ingredient suppliers and producers
• Packaging and materials suppliers
• Delivery and logistics partners
• Technology and payment service providers

We prioritise working with UK-based suppliers where possible and select partners who can demonstrate responsible business practices.

4. Our Policies

We are committed to ensuring there is transparency in our business and in our approach to tackling modern slavery throughout our supply chains. Our approach includes:

• Only working with suppliers who confirm compliance with applicable employment laws
• Carrying out due diligence on new suppliers before entering into agreements
• Maintaining an open-door policy for any employee or supplier to raise concerns without fear of retaliation

5. Due Diligence

As a small business, we conduct proportionate due diligence on our suppliers. This includes:

• Requesting that suppliers confirm they operate in compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015
• Reviewing supplier practices when entering new supplier relationships
• Maintaining direct communication with key suppliers to monitor working conditions

6. Risk Assessment

We recognise that food supply chains can carry risks of labour exploitation, particularly at the production level. We assess our suppliers against known risk indicators and favour those with transparent, auditable practices.

As we grow, we are committed to strengthening our supplier vetting processes and developing a more formal risk assessment framework.

7. Training & Awareness

All team members at Tstes Like Home Ltd are made aware of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, the signs to look for, and how to report concerns. We treat any reports with the utmost seriousness.
