1. About Us

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tstes Like Home website and the purchase of meal kits from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Ordering

By submitting an order through our website or order form, you are making an offer to purchase the selected meal kit(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A contract between you and Tstes Like Home Ltd is formed only when we confirm your order by email.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By providing your payment information, you authorise us to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery times and dates will be communicated at the point of order. We aim to deliver all orders within the specified timeframe, however delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee them due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. severe weather, carrier delays).

If you are not available to receive your delivery, we may leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour where possible. As our products are perishable, we cannot be responsible for spoilage resulting from a missed delivery where reasonable delivery attempts have been made.

We offer free delivery on every order.

5. Our Products

Our meal kits contain fresh, perishable ingredients. You should:

• Refrigerate all chilled items immediately upon receipt
• Check all use-by dates on delivery and consume accordingly
• Follow the recipe card instructions carefully
• Not consume any product that appears spoiled or damaged

Full allergen information is provided on each recipe card and on our website. It is your responsibility to check allergen information before consuming our products. If you have any concerns, please contact us before ordering.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or of unsatisfactory quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@tsteslikehome.com with photos and we will offer a suitable remedy, which may include a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

You may cancel or modify a recurring order up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date. Cancellations requested within 48 hours of delivery cannot be guaranteed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and recipe cards is the property of Tstes Like Home Ltd and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tstes Like Home Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your most recent order.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
