Frequently Asked Questions

Placing an order is simple. Click the "Get Started" or "Order Now" button anywhere on our website and you'll be taken to our order form. Select your meals, choose your portion size, enter your delivery details, and complete payment securely via Stripe. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

You can cancel or modify your order up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date by emailing us at hello@tsteslikehome.com. Please include your order reference number and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we're unable to make changes to orders within 48 hours of delivery as preparation will already have begun.

Your estimated delivery date will be confirmed in your order confirmation email. We aim to deliver all orders on the specified date. While we work hard to stick to our delivery schedule, occasionally delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control such as severe weather or courier issues. If your order is delayed, we'll be in touch to let you know.

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. Delivery is free on every order — no minimum spend required. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please get in touch at hello@tsteslikehome.com and we'll confirm for you.

We're sorry if something isn't right with your order! Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery at hello@tsteslikehome.com with a photo of the issue and your order reference. We'll make it right — whether that's a replacement, a credit, or a refund. Your satisfaction is really important to us.

Full allergen information is listed on every recipe card included in your kit, as well as on our website for each dish. Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles a wide range of ingredients including gluten, nuts, dairy, and shellfish. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us at hello@tsteslikehome.com before ordering so we can advise whether our kits are suitable for you.

Absolutely! Our meal kits are designed for all skill levels. Every kit comes with a clear, step-by-step recipe card that guides you through the cooking process from start to finish. The hard work — chopping, seasoning, marinating — is already done for you. If you can follow instructions and use a hob or oven, you can cook a Tstes Like Home meal. Most of our dishes are ready in 40 minutes or less.
