Click "Get Started" anywhere on the site. Choose a one-off box or a subscription, pick your box size (2 or 4 people) and your recipes, add any extras, then enter your delivery details and pay securely via Stripe. You'll get a confirmation email straight away. No account needed: you can check out as a guest.

You can cancel or modify your order up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date by emailing us at hello@tsteslikehome.com. Please include your order reference number and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we're unable to make changes to orders within 48 hours of delivery as preparation will already have begun.

Boxes start at £33.99. A 2-person box is £39.99 for 3 recipes or £49.99 for 4. A 4-person box is £33.99 for 2 recipes, £52.99 for 3 or £72.99 for 4. Pre-marinated proteins are £5 extra on one-off orders and free for subscribers. Delivery is always free.

Yes. Enter it on the payment step and your total updates before you pay. One code per order. On a subscription, the code applies to your first box; your regular deliveries are full price.

Choose weekly or fortnightly when you order. You pay for your first box at checkout, then we charge your card automatically every week or every two weeks for the same box and recipes. Pre-marination is always free for subscribers. You'll see the exact amount and how often you'll be charged before you pay.

Sign in to your account and use the Pause or Cancel buttons. Cancelling stops future charges at the end of your current billing period. If you checked out as a guest, create an account with the same email address and your subscription will appear.

Yes. Use "Change my recipes" or "Skip this delivery" in your account, or email us at hello@tsteslikehome.com, and we'll update your next box. Let us know at least 48 hours before your delivery date.

Every paid order earns 10 points, and every 9 paid orders earns you a free box. Your points and progress show in your account and update automatically after each order. When your free box is ready, email us at hello@tsteslikehome.com and we'll send it out.

We deliver every Friday. Order by Wednesday at 11:59am for delivery that Friday; after that, your earliest date is the following Friday. You choose your Friday at checkout and it's confirmed in your order email. We aim to deliver all orders on the specified date. While we work hard to stick to our delivery schedule, occasionally delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control such as severe weather or courier issues. If your order is delayed, we'll be in touch to let you know.

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. Delivery is free on every order — no minimum spend required. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please get in touch at hello@tsteslikehome.com and we'll confirm for you.

We're sorry if something isn't right with your order! Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery at hello@tsteslikehome.com with a photo of the issue and your order reference. We'll make it right — whether that's a replacement, a credit, or a refund. Your satisfaction is really important to us.

Allergen information is shown on every recipe when you choose your meals, and on the recipe card in your kit. Our kitchen handles gluten, nuts, dairy, shellfish, fish, soya, eggs, celery, mustard, sulphites and legumes, so we can't guarantee any dish is free from them. At checkout you'll be asked to tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements, and we read every note before packing your box. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us at hello@tsteslikehome.com before ordering so we can advise whether our kits are suitable for you.

Absolutely! Our meal kits are designed for all skill levels. Every kit comes with a clear, step-by-step recipe card that guides you through the cooking process from start to finish. The hard work — chopping, seasoning, marinating — is already done for you. If you can follow instructions and use a hob or oven, you can cook a Tstes Like Home meal. Most of our dishes are ready in 40 minutes or less.
